"I have been a Chartered Accountant for many years and have
worked with clients of all shapes and sizes. My passion is to develop and build
the skills of individuals, giving them the opportunity to maximise their business
and personal opportunities for growth. Having obtained a first class honours degree
in psychology in 2005, my aim is to develop coaching skills within the business,
empowering staff and clients alike. I have a wide range of interests, including
playing golf (badly), travelling, studying psychology and broadening my experience
as a magistrate."

"Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990, I have
worked for Caroline for 10 years as Audit and Accounts Manager. My areas of responsibility
include year end compliance work in respect of limited companies, sole trade and
partnership accounts as well as staff training and office systemisation. I have
a 'hands on' approach, helping clients to improve their management information
and build more profitable, stronger businesses. I also play golf, I regularly
visit the gym and I am a keen gardener."

"I have worked for Caroline for many years and run the Taxation
department, utilising all of the skills gained during my ATT training. I am heavily
involved in tax planning for all of our many personal and business tax clients
and believe this to be a fundamental role of the Tax Manager. I am a season ticket
holder for Liverpool Football Club and can be regularly found on the terraces!"

"I am also studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant and I am currently attending Manchester Metropolitan University on a day release basis. I am particularly interested in IT matters and assist with our internal computer systems as well as those of our clients. I have developed various software packages to help our clients with specific aspects of their businesses. I am a keen cricketer and golfer, and, having just bought my first house, I am rapidly acquiring DIY skills."

"I have worked for Caroline for over 10 years and have
had a wide range of roles and experiences. My main role is within personal taxation
but I also prepare management accounts, do VAT returns and generally assist several
of our clients in the running of their businesses. I am a ferocious debt collector
and fully believe in the importance of cash flow management! In my spare time,
I am a keen runner and in 2005 participated in the Great North Run raising £1343
for Cancer Research UK."

"I have worked with Caroline since she was a mere accountancy
student and I was a slip of a girl - how time flies when you're having fun! I
am Payroll Manager and deal with all aspects of PAYE and NIC. I have also recently
developed 'another string to my bow' and deal with our Taxsure insurance cover.
I have three sons, one who works in Leeds and two at University, in Leeds and
Newcastle."

"Prior to joining Caroline Wilson in November 2006, I worked as a PA/Sales Office Manager for a medical company for seven years. My role at the firm is PA to Caroline, as well as providing receptionist duties and admin support for all the team. In my spare time I like camping, fell walking, gardening, music festivals and travelling to unusual places with my back-pack."
