Caroline has vast experience working with owner-managed businesses, focusing on strategy and profit improvement. In so assisting, business owners are best placed to make important financial decisions to the benefit of both their business and personal financial position. Tax planning is a keen interest and by listening carefully to client needs, Caroline can help clients to develop and action a long term financial strategy.
Outside Work:
Caroline is a keen golfer and a member of Ormskirk Golf Club. She also plays tennis, runs and enjoys her yoga. An avid reader, she can recommend books on most subjects. Still studying psychology, the learning process never stops!
Angela Pendlebury - Tax Manager

With over 20 years experience in personal tax, Angela excels in both tax planning and tax compliance. She is also trained in accountancy matters and this offers the distinctive advantage of an holistic overview of the interplay of accounts and taxation. In addition Angela has experience of business tax, Capital Gains tax and Inheritance tax.
Outside Work:
Angela devotes her spare time to running around seeing to the needs of her two children. She manages to go to the gym and is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club.
Dawn Howlett - Personal Assistant

Dawn has worked as a PA for over 10 years. She provides admin support for the whole team and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is a great organiser, recently planning a fantastic 'Charity Golf day' for our clients and contacts and raising over £2000. She plans our marketing activity and is always on the look out for prospective new clients.
Outside Work:
Dawn likes travelling to unusual places with nothing more than her back-pack! She likes music festivals, camping and fell walking - in short, somewhat of a hippy!
Evelyn Pye - Audit & Accounts Manager

Evelyn specialises in Statutory and Management accounting. She is fully versed in the most up to date legislation and can advise on the specific requirements of Pension Scheme, Charity and Solicitors' Audit regulation. She works pro-actively with clients to optimise both profitability and tax planning opportunities, building a solid relationship and fully understanding their business.
Outside Work:
Evelyn plays golf at Formby Ladies Golf Club and has a busy social life through her work as treasurer of Ormskirk-Clocktower Rotary Club. She loves travelling and enjoys working on her garden.
Julie Handley - Tax & Accounts Semi-Senior

Julie has an in depth knowledge of all of our clients' affairs, being involved in all aspects of personal tax for many years. She also works closely with many owner-managed businesses providing Sage book-keeping support. She uses her knowledge to advise clients directly, seeking opportunities for future business growth.
Outside Work:
Julie is somewhat of a fitness fan, regularly attending the gym. She provides a taxi service for her two children, particularly to running events throughout the North West.
Daniel Wilson - Audit & Accounts Senior

Daniel has completed his training to become a Chartered Accountant and has already developed an excellent understanding of the best methods to help business clients. Using his impressive IT skills, he has designed bespoke, personalised management accounting reports that facilitate a thorough understanding of a client's business and profitability.
Outside Work:
Daniel has played cricket for many years for Rufford Cricket club and is currently acting as treasurer. He is also a golfer and has a love of fast, expensive cars.
Marie Ben-Ali - Payroll Manager

Besides running the day-to day payroll bureau service, Marie maintains a close business relationship with all of our payroll clients to ensure HMRC compliance. In addition to offering a helpline service to clients in all aspects of PAYE and CIS matters, Marie also deals with our 'fee protection' insurance scheme, ensuring that clients are protected from unexpected bills brought about by HMR&C's enquiry activity.
Outside Work:
Marie speaks fluent Arabic and enjoys spending time with her in-laws in Tunisia. She loves spending time with her three successful sons. To de-stress she enjoys an early morning swim at the gym.
Debbie Kelly - Accounts Semi-Senior

Having worked in IT and project management, Debbie studied accountancy and now specialises in running our 'sole trade & partnership' section. She has much experience in all type of accounts preparation, book-keeping and VAT accounting.
Outside Work:
Another busy mum, Debbie's time is filled with supporting her children's sporting activities. She has recently taken up golf and is involved with the local cricket club. Debbie has also travelled to exotic locations, and has visited Peru and Zanzibar in recent years.
